1-Year Limited Warranty

All products purchased through our official website are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Eligibility

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the official Bextron Sports website and shipped within the United States.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, resellers, marketplaces, or any website other than the official Bextron Sports website are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Structural failures resulting from normal use

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper storage
• Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@bextronsports.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If the claim is approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to request additional information or product inspection when necessary to evaluate a warranty claim.
