What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items purchased directly from the official Bextron Sports website and shipped within the United States.
To request a return, please contact support@bextronsports.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
For non-paddle products, all labels, tags, and original packaging must be intact, and the product must be in perfect, unused condition to be eligible for a return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All products purchased directly from the official Bextron Sports website and shipped within the United States are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@bextronsports.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
